Chap. 252.—An ACT for the relief of J. T. Waddill, Jr. [H B 81]

Whereas, J. T. Waddill, Jr., county clerk of Lunenburg county,
failed to make report of his collections of hunting licenses for the month
of November, nineteen hundred forty-three, within the time prescribed
by law, but did thereafter make such report, and remit the amount of
such license so collected by him, and because of such delay, he forfeited
his commissions thereon, amounting to the sum of sixty dollars and
eighty cents ; and
Whereas, it seems proper and right that Mr. Waddill should be paid
the commissions so earned by him for making such collections; now,
therefore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Comptroller is authorized and directed to draw his
warrant on the State Treasurer, chargeable against the special fund in
the treasury to the credit of the Commission of Game and Inland Fisher-
ies, in favor of J. T. Waddill, Jr., for the sum of sixty dollars and eighty
cents.
