Whereas, J. N. Bosang, county clerk of Pulaski county, failed to
make report of his collections of hunting and fishing licenses for the
months of October and November, nineteen hundred forty-five, within
the time prescribed by law, but did thereafter make full report and re-
mittance thereof, and because of his delay in that regard, he forfeited his
commissions on the amount of such collections, which amounted to the
sum of fifty-nine dollars and thirty cents ; and,
Whereas, it seems fitting and right that J. N. Bosang should be
paid the commissions earned by him in making such collections; now,
therefore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The Comptroller is authorized and directed to issue his war-
rant on the State Treasurer, in favor of J. N. Bosang for the sum of
ifty-nine dollars and thirty cents, the same to be charged against the
special fund in the treasury, to the credit of the Commission of Game
ind Inland Fisheries.
