tain of the roads constructed by the James River Bridge Corporation in 1928,
and to include the same in the Primary System of Highways of the, otate.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the State Highway Commission be, and it is, hereby auth-
orized and empowered in its discretion to acquire certain of the road, or
roads, constructed, in nineteen hundred twenty-eight, by James River
Bridge Corporation, now the property of the James River Bridge System,
successor in title to said James River Bridge Corporation, beginning
on State Highway number ten, at Benns Church, in Isle of Wight Coun-
ty, and running to the intersection of said road, or roads, with State
Highway number six hundred twenty-seven, in Nansemond County,
exclusive of the Crittenden and the Nansemond River bridges, the prop-
erty of said Bridge System, upon such terms and conditions as to the
said Commission may appear to be just and equitable; and, to include
the said road or roads, as a part of the Primary Highway System of
this State.
