CHAP. 182.——An ACT to amend the Code of Virginia by adding 3 new sections
numbered 5108-a, 5167-a 1 and 5439-a to provide forms that may be used in
the publication of requisite notice in certain proceedings or under certain cir-

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding three new
sections numbered fifty-one hundred eight-a, fifty-one hundred sixty-
seven-a one and fifty-four hundred thirty-nine-a, as follows:
Section 5108-a. Permissible form for order of publication under
provisions of section fifty-one hundred and eight of the Code —Any order
of publtcation under the provisions of section fifty-one hundred eight of
the Code may be substantially in the form following :
