Chap. 112.—An ACT to authorize the State Hospital Board to sell and convey
certain real estate in the County of Amherst. [H B 179]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The State Hospital Board with the consent of the Governor
in writing first obtained is authorized and empowered to convey to
Muncie Hill all the night, title and interest of the State in and to the
following property:
_ All that certain lot or parcel of land, containing twenty-three hun-
dredths (0.23) acres more or less, in Amherst county on State highway
number one hundred thirty, known as Colony Road, and more particular-
ly described as follows: Beginning at a fence-corner on the northeast
side of State highway No. 130 and thence along State highway No. 130
N 28° W 115’ to the property of Muncie Hill, thence along the line of
the property of Muncie Hill S 85° 20’ E 373’ to a braced post, thence
along a wire fence S 8714° W 151’ to a point, thence along the wire
fence N 88° 40’ W 105’ to the point where the wire fence intersects with
a wooden fence, thence along the wooden fence S 3812° W 98.5’ to the
beginning.
The instrument so granting and conveying the property hereby au-
thorized to be conveyed shall be signed and executed in such manner and
form as the State Hospital Board may direct.
