Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virgina, as follows:

1. On and after the effective date of this act there shall be a con-
tinuous open season for the taking of crappie by angling in the following
waters of Princess Anne and Norfolk counties: Back Bay and its tribu-

taries, Blackwater River and its tributaries, North Landing River and
its tributaries, Chesapeake and Albemarle Canal, and Northwest River
and its tributaries.

Z. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
