of 1942, approved February 17, 1942, relating to terms of the circuit courts of
the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. [H 101]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That chapter forty-nine of the Acts of Assembly of nineteen hun-
dred forty-two, approved February seventeenth, nineteen hundred forty-
two, be amended and re-enacted, as follows:

In each of the counties of King George, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Caro-
line and Hanover, and in the city of Iredericksburg, comprising the
Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, there shall be held five terms of the circuit
court in each year, beginning as follows: King George—first Monday in
January, March, May, September and November ; Stafford—second
Monday in January, March, May, September and November ; Hanover—
third Monday in January, March, May, September and November : Spot-
sylvania—first Monday in February, April, June, October and Decem-
ber; Caroline—second Monday in February, April, June, October and
December; Fredericksburg—third Monday in February, April, June,
October and December.
