Chap. 7.—An ACT to authorize the State Highway Commissioner to maintain all
roads within the boundaries of State parks. [S 12]

3e it enacted bv the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the State Highway Commissioner be, and he 1s hereby au-
thorized to maintain all roads situated within the boundartes of any State
park heretofore or hereafter established by, and under the control of, the
Virginia Conservation Commission. For the purpose of maintaining the
roads in any such park, the State Highway Commissioner may expend
unds under his control and available for expenditure upon the main-
tenance of roads in the Secondary System of State Highways in the
county or counties in which such State park is located.

This act shall not affect the jurisdiction and control over such roads
which is now vested in the Virginia Conservation Commission.
