counties, and Chapter 97 of the Acts of Assembly of 1923, approved March 24,
1923, amending Chapter 16 of the Acts of Assembly of 1919 as to trespassing

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That chapter sixteen of the Acts of Assembly of nineteen hundred
nineteen, approvell September fourth, nineteen hundred nineteen, relat-
ing to trespassing animals in Clarke and Warren counties, and chapter
ninety-seven of the Acts of Assembly of nineteen hundred twenty-three,
approved March twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred twenty-three, amend-
ing chapter sixteen of the Acts of Assembly of nineteen hundred and
nineteen as to trespassing animals in Warren County are hereby repealed.
