of 1942, approved April 7, 1942, making it unlawful to hunt or shoot deer with z
rifle in certain counties, so as to include the County of Prince George withir

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That chapter four hundred seventy-nine of the Acts of Assembly
of nineteen hundred forty-two, approved April seven, nineteen hundred
forty-two, be amended and re-enacted, as follows:
It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or shoot deer with a rifle,
at any time, in the counties of Surry, Hanover and Prince George.
Any person violating the foregoing provisions of this act shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
