Chap. 41.—An ACT to authorize and empower Mary Washington College to grant
to Virginia Electric and Power Company certain easements of right of way
on, over and across the property of the College in the City of Fredericksburg,
Virginia. [S 64]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. Mary Washington College is authorized and empowered to grant
and convey unto Virginia Electric and Power Company, its successors
and assigns, upon such terms and conditions as the board of visitors deems
proper, easements of right of way for the construction, maintenance and
operation of an electric light and power line on, over and across the
property of Mary Washington College in the City of Fredericksburg,
Virginia. The instrument so granting and conveying the easements of
right of way shall be signed and executed in such manner and form as 1s
authorized and directed by the board of visitors of the college. The in-
strument granting and conveying the right of way shall provide for the
reversion thereof to the college in the event of abandonment of the ease-
ment.
