Chap. 409.—A Jornt RESOLUTION proposing amendment to Section 93 of the Con-
stitution of Virginia. [SJR No. 3]

Resolved by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, a ma-
jority of the members elected to each house agreeing, That the following
amendment to section ninety-three of the Constitution of Virginia is pro-
posed and referred to the General Assembly at its first regular session
held after the next general election of members of the House of Delegates
for its concurrence, in conformity with the provisions of section one
hundred and ninety-s!x of the Constitution, namely :
Strike from the Constitution of Virginia section ninety-three, which
is as follows:
Section 93. Sessions of Supreme Court of Appeals—The Supreme
Court of Appeals shall hold its sessions at two or more places in the
State, as may be fixed by law.
And insert in lieu thereof the following :
Section 93. Sessions of Supreme Court of Appeals.—The Supreme
Court of Appeals shall hold its sessions at Richmond and at such other
place or places, if any, as fixed by law.
