Chap. 364.—An ACT to authorize the Virginia Conservation Commission to use
for repurchase from the United States the lands formerly a part of the Sea-
shore State Park such sum as may be received from the United States as a re-
sult of the condemnation of certain lands in the Seashore State Park for use as
a part of Fort Story, in Princess Anne County, Virginia, and to appropriate
to said Commission, to be used for such purposes, any moneys received for
said lands so condemned. [S 124]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia :
1. That the Virginia Conservation Commission is hereby authorized
to expend such sum or sums of money as may be received by it, or by
the Commonwealth of Virginia, from the United States in payment of
compensation for the taking and/or damaging of certain lands formerly
a part of the Seashore State Park in Princess Anne County, Virginia,
for use as a part of Fort Story; provided that such sum shall be held as
a special fund for use in repurchasing from the United States the lands
formerly a part of the Seashore State Park. All such moneys paid or
to be paid to the Virginia Conservation Commission, or to the Common-
wealth of Virginia, for the taking and damaging of said lands are hereby
appropriated to the Virginia Conservation Commission to be used for
the purposes aforesaid.
