Botetourt and Highland fixing open and closed seasons for hunting and trapping

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That chapter one hundred sixty-seven of the Acts of Assembly
of nineteen hundred forty, approved March nine, nineteen hundred forty,
and all acts amendatory of same or any section or sections thereof are
hereby repealed.
