Chap. 310.—An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 1, as amended, of Chapter 79
of the Acts of Assembly of 1922, approved February 25, 1922, which provided
an additional corporation court for the City of Norfolk, the section relating to
the title of the court and related matters. [H 389}

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That section one, as amended, of chapter seventy-nine of the
Acts of Assembly of nineteen hundred twenty-two, approved February
twenty-five, nineteen hundred twenty-two, be amended and re-enacted.
a follows:
Section 1. From and aiter the first day of April, nineteen hundred
twenty-two, there shall be in the city of Norfolk, Virginia, an additional
corporation court, to be a court of record, and to be separate and apart
from the corporation court now existing in the city of Norfolk, and to
be called and known as the “Corporation Court of the City of Norfolk.
Part Two”, and that there shall be an additional judge with like qualt-
fications and to be elected in the same manner as the judges of the
corporation courts of the State, to hold the court and perform such
other duties as prescribed by law.
