Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That chapter sixty-four, Acts of Assembly nineteen hundrec
thirty-three, approved September fifteen, nineteen hundred thirty-three
relating to refunds of motor vehicle fuel taxes in certain cases, is repealed
