Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: |

1. The system of bridges and roadways connecting the island of
Chincoteague with the mainland of Accomack county is hereby named
“The John B. Whealton Memorial Causeway”, and it shall be so desig-
nated by the placing of appropriate marker thereon by the State High-
way Commission.
