Chap. 120.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled “An Act to prescribe
the time for the holding of courts of the sixth judicial circuit.”, approved March
24, 1926, as heretofore amended, to make certain changes therein. [S 156]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That an act entitled “An Act to prescribe the time for the holding
of courts of the sixth judicial circuit.”, approved March twenty-four, nine-
teen hundred twenty-six, as heretofore amended, be amended and re-
enacted, as follows:
The time for holding the courts of the sixth judicial circuit shall be
as follows:
Campbell county: Second Monday in January, March, May, July,
September and November.
Lynchburg: Third Monday in January, March, May, July, Septem-
ber and November.
The judge of these courts may from time to time change the days for
the commencement of the terms or any of them as provided by general
law.
2. An emergency exists and this act shall be in effect on and after
the third Monday in May, nineteen hundred forty-four.
