1. gfed by the General Assembly of Virginia, That in the
City of Martinsyille there shall be held not less than four terms of the
circuit court in gach year, which terms shall commence on the second
Monday in January, April, July and October. The judge of the court
may, from time to time, change the day for the commencement of such
terms or any of them.
