Chap. 49.—An ACT to fix the number of terms of the circuit courts of the Fifteenth
Judicial Circuit, and to designate the days upon which the same shall com-

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That in each
of the counties of King George, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Caroline and
Hanover, and in the City of Fredericksburg, comprising the fifteenth
judicial circuit, there shall be held six terms of the circuit court in each
year, which terms shall commence respectively as follows:
King George——The first Monday in January, March, May, July,
September and November.
Stafford.—The second Monday in January, March, May, July.
September and November.
Hanover—The third Monday in January, March, May, July, Sep-
tember and November.
Spotsylvania.—The first Monday in February, April, June, August,
October and December.
Caroline.—The second Monday in February, April, June, August,
October and December.
Fredericksburg—The third Monday in February, April, June, Au-
gust, October and December.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
