I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
bridge across Blackwater creek, near Blackwater postoffice, in the county
of Lee, on State Highway Route seventy, is hereby named the Samuel R.
Robinette Memorial Bridge, and that the State Highway Commissioner
so designate the same by placing appropriate markers thereon.
