1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That all
deeds of conveyance of real estate heretofore executed in this State, by

not affixed, or to which the seal was affixed but was not attested by the
secretary or by some other authorized officer of the corporation, shall be
held to be valid and are hereby declared valid and effective conveyances
in every respect, if otherwise valid according to law in force at the time
of execution thereof.
