Chap. 429.—An ACT to authorize the town of South Hill, in Mecklenburg county,
to convey to Annie Crute Conway a certain parcel of land in said town, in
exchange for a certain other parcel of land therein, for the purpose of adjusting

. Approved April 6, 1942.
1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, ‘That for the
purpose of adjusting certain street lines, the town of South Hill, in the
county of Mecklenburg, is hereby authorized-to, by apt and proper deed to
be executed on behalf of the town by its mayor and clerk of council, convey
unto Annie Crute Conway all that part of a certain lot or parcel of land
conveyed to said town by J. H. Wall and wife, by a deed dated April
eighteenth, nineteen hundred and seven, and recorded in the clerk’s office
of ;Mecklenburg county, in Deed Book number sixty-eight, at page three
huridred and ‘twenty-eight, which lies on the southern side of and adjacent
to a line projected eastward and westward, at a distance of twenty-five
feet from and parallel to the center line of High Bridge Boulevard, such
deed to be delivered to the said Annie Crute Conway upon the delivery
by her to said town, of an apt and proper deed, to be executed by her and
her husband, conveying to the town all the land owned by her, which lies
between the center line of said: High Bridge Boulevard and a line twenty-
five feet from, parallel to, and on the southern side of said center line,
and extending from the intersection of said Boulevard with Brunswick
Avenue eastwardly to its intersection with a twenty foot alley.
