Chap. 398.-An ACT to repeal Section 17 of Chapter 433, Acts 1928, approved
March 26, 1928, relating to the establishment of the insurance rating bureau,
which section was added by Chapter 388, Acts 1934. [SB 265]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That section
seventeen of chapter four hundred and thirty-three of the Acts of the
General Assembly of nineteen hundred and twenty-eight, approved March
twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and twenty-eight, relating to the estab-
lishment of the insurance rating bureau, which section was added by
chapter three hundred and eighty-eight of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of nineteen hundred and thirty-four, approved March thirtieth,
nineteen hundred and thirty-four, be and the same hereby is repealed.
