Commission of Fisheries and of the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries
over the waters of the Rappahannock River. [H B 184]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
Commission of Fisheries shall have jurisdiction and authority over
commercial fishing, except for fish protected by the inland fish laws, in
the waters of the Rappahannock River below the railroad bridge across
such river at the City of Fredericksburg. The Commission of Game and
Inland Fisheries shall have exclusive jurisdiction and authority with re-
spect to fishing in the remaining waters of such river.
