Chap. 39.—An ACT to prohibit the hunting of migratory waterfowl from floating
blinds in certain of the public waters or marshes of the counties of Essex and
Richmeénd, and to prescribe penalties. [H B 89]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful to hunt any migratory waterfowl from floating blinds, as
defined in section nineteen-e of the Game, Inland Fish and Dog Code of
Virginia in the counties of Essex and Richmond in any of the public
marshes, guts, streams, branches or creeks flowing into the Rappahannock
river or into any of its tributaries.
Any person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor and,
upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten
(10) nor more than one hundred (100) dollars.
