Chap. 349.—An ACT for the relief of the Cavalier Distributing coat

Whereas, the Cavalier Distributing Corporation was erroneously
assessed by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board on account of a whole-
sale beer license and has paid the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars,
being sixty-two dollars and fifty-cents for one quarter of the fiscal year
nineteen hundred thirty-six—thirty-seven, one hundred, eighty-seven
dollars and fifty cents for three-fourths of the fiscal year nineteen hun-
dred and thirty-seven—thirty-eight, and two hundred and fifty dollars
each for the years nineteen hundred and thirty-eight—thirty-nine, and
nineteen hundred and thirty-nine—forty ; and,
Whereas, it is proper that the Commonwealth of Virginia should
correct the error and that the corporation be reimbursed, now, there-
fore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, as follows:
There is appropriated, out of any funds in the general fund of the State
Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the relief of the Cavalier Dis-
tributing Corporation, the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars, and the
Comptroller is directed to issue his warrant on the State Treasury there-
for, in favor of the Cavalier Distributing Corporation, and to deliver
same to said corporation.
