1. ‘Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That section
five hundred and nineteen of the Code of Virginia be, and it is hereby,
amended and re-enacted so as'to read as follows:

Section 519. . When any such suit is instituted, the court shall cause
a publication to be made once each week for four consecutive weeks in
some newspaper of -general circulation in the county or corporation in
which the proceedings are had, setting forth the nature of the claim, the
name and nativity (where known) of the deceased person, or of the
former owner of the property, if known, as the case may be, and describ-
ing the property or estate claimed, and requiring all persons claiming an
interest therein to appear and make themselves defendarits by a L given
‘day of an ensuing term.,
