1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That section
fifty-four hundred and thirty-three of the Code of Virginia, be amended
and re-enacted, as follows:
Section 5433. Court May Order Payment of Amounts Due from
Certain Fiduciaries to Persons Entitled —When a report of the accounts
of any guardian, curator, committee, or trustee aforesaid, shall be con-
firmed, either in whole or in a qualified manner, the court, in the clerk’s
office of which said report is filed, may order payment of what shall appear
due on such accounts to such person as would be entitled to recover the
same by suit in equity; and any guardian, curator, committee, or trustee
who has, in good faith, in compliance with the order of such court, paid
and delivered the money and other estate in his hands to whomsoever
the court has adjudged entitled thereto, shall be fully protected against
the demands of creditors and all other persons.
