1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That sectiot
one of the Acts of the General Assembly of nineteen hundred and forty
approved March twenty-seventh, nineteen hundred and forty, be amendec
and re-enacted, as follows:

Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to fish on Sunday 11
any of the waters in Giles and Bland counties, except Mountain Lake 1
Giles county.
