1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
regular terms of the circuit court of Buckingham County, in the fifth
judicial circuit, shall begin, respectively, on the Tuesday after the second
Monday in January, April, June, September and November.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
