1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
bridge across the Holston river in the town of Marion, on route number
eleven of the State highway system be, and the same is hereby, named
the “Shugart Memorial Bridge,” and that the State Highway Commis-
sioner so designate the same by appropriate markers.
