1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled “An act to make it unlawful to hunt for any kind of wild game in
Caroline County at any time between one-half hour after sunset of any
one day and one-half hour before sunrise of the day next following, and to
prescribe penalties for violations.”, approved April second, nineteen
hundred and forty, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
