Chap. 211.—An ACT to amend the Code of Virginia by adding thereto a new section
- to be numbered Section 3516-b-1, so as to require the filing of certain officers’
reports with the Compensation Board instead of with the Auditor of Public
Accounts or the Comptroller, and to impose on the Compensation Board all
duties now imposed on the Auditor of Public Accounts or the Comptroller as
such by Sections 3516 and 3516-a of the Code of Virginia. [S B 288]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
Code of Virginia be amended by adding thereto a new section, numbered
section thirty-five hundred and sixteen-b-one, which new section shall

Section 3516-b-1. Officers to File Reports With Compensation
Board; Board to Perform Duties Under Sections Thirty-five Hundred
and Sixteen and Thirty-five Hundred and Sixteen-a.—
Every officer required by sections thirty-five hundred and sixteen
and thirty-five hundred and sixteen-a of the Code of Virginia, as
amended, to file reports under the said sections with the Auditor of Public
Accounts or the Comptroller shall hereafter file such reports with the
Compensation Board. All duties imposed by the said sections upon the
Auditor of Public Accounts or the Comptroller as such shall be hereafter
performed by the Compensation Board.
