1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
bridge across Powell river, between Jonesville and Blackwater, in the
county of Lee, on State Highway Route Seventy, is hereby named the
D. C. Sewell, Sr. Memorial Bridge, and that the State Highway Commis-
sioner so designate the same by placing appropriate markers thereon.
