Chap. 183.—An ACT to make it unlawful to shoot fish in shoals in any of the
streams in Scott county ; to prescribe penalties for violations thereof; and to
make it lawful to sell certain fish caught in such streams. {H B 319]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, as follows:
| Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to, at any time, shoot
any kind of fish while in shoals in any of the streams in Scott county.
Any person violating the foregoing provisions of this section shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not
less than five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars.
Section 2. It shall be lawful for any person to sell any kind of
nongame fish, caught in any of the streams in Scott county, otherwise
than in violation of the preceding section, and as to such other kinds of
fish, there shall be no bag limit.
