1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
bridge across New River, between the towns of Independence and Galax,
in Grayson County, on State Highway Route fifty-eight, is hereby named
the “J. P. Carico Memorial Bridge’, and that the State Highway Com-
missioner appropriately mark the same as such.
