1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
bridge across the North Fork of Holston River, near Holston in Wash-
ington county, on State Highway Route nineteen, is hereby named “The
Colonel Thomas McCulloch Memorial Bridge,” and that the State High-
way Commissioner so designate the same by placing appropriate markers
thereon.
