Chap. 104.—An ACT to permit the Board of Visitors of the College of William
and Mary in Virginia to dispose of a certain tract or parcel of land in Bruton
District of York County. [H B 342]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
Board of Visitors of the College of William and Mary in Virginia be,
and it is hereby authorized and empowered, with the approval of the
Governor, to exchange, or sell, and convey the whole or such part of the
tract, piece or parcel of land situate in Bruton District of York County,
Virginia, commonly known as “Tilmouth,” and being the same property
conveyed to the College of William and Mary by Charles P. Andrews
and wife, by deed dated September eleventh, nineteen hundred and thirty-
three, and recorded in York County Deed Book Number forty-eight, at
page one hundred and sixty, as in the judgment of the Board of Visitors
of the College of William and Mary is not needed for College purposes.
