1. Beit enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
open season for hunting squirrels in Scott County shall commence on
the first day of September in each year and end on such day in each
year as may be designated by the Commission of Game and Inland
Fisheries, for the closing of the season for hunting squirrels in said
county.
