Chap. 61.—An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 5915 of the Code of Virginia,
relating to the terms of certain courts in the City of Richmond, so as to change
the time for the terms of the Hustings Court, Part II, of the City of Richmond.

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That
section fifty-nine hundred and fifteen of the Code of Virginia be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Section 5915. Terms of Hustings Court and Hustings Court,
Part II. There shall be a term of the Hustings Court and of the
Hustings Court, Part II, held for each month in the year, except the
months of August and September. For the Hustings Court the
terms for the months of January, February, March, April, May,
June, July, October, November and December, shall begin on the
first Monday in each of said months; and for the Hustings Court,
Part II, the terms for the said months shall begin on the second
Monday in each of said months. Each term shall continue as long
as the business of the court may require. Any cause or matter cog-
nizable by the court may be heard and disposed of at any term thereof.
