1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That
the concrete bridge across Little Reed Island Creek about one mile
northwest of the town of Hillsville in Carroll County, on the State
Highway designated United States Highway Number fifty-two, be,
and the same is hereby, named and designated as the ‘Colonel Ira
B. Coltrane Memorial Bridge’, and the State Highway Commis-
sioner is hereby directed to mark the same accordingly.
