1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That
in any county of the Commonwealth which has adopted and in which
there is in effect the county executive form of county organization and
government as provided by sections twenty-seven hundred and
seventy-three-n three to twenty-seven hundred and seventy-three-n
twenty- seven, both inclusive, of the Code of Virginia, the board of
county supervisors may provide for the appointment annually, of a
board of equalization of real estate assessments in such county.
