Chap. 391.—An ACT to establish as a permanent record, and a valid method of
recording and indexing delinquent lands in the county of Norfolk, a certain
card system record thereof, recently set up in the clerk’s office of the circuit
court of said county. [H B 419]

1. Beit enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
card system record of and index to delinquent lands in the county of
Norfolk, as recently set up in the clerk’s office of said county by the
clerk of the circuit court of the county, under the supervision of the
Auditor of Public Accounts be, and the same is hereby, established
as a permanent record in said office and a valid method of recording
and indexing real estate heretofore and hereafter returned delinquent
by the treasurer of said county, for non-payment of taxes thereon.
