Chap. 325.—An ACT to relieve the counties of Norfolk, Nansemond and Wythe
from any liability which may have accrued to the Commonwealth, under the
provisions of section 541 of the Code of Virginia, during the years 1930 ar 1931.

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That
the counties of Norfolk, Nansemond and Wythe be, and they are
hereby, relieved from any and all liability to the Commonwealth of
Virginia which may have accrued to the Commonwealth, during the
years nineteen hundred and thirty and nineteen hundred and thirty-
one, pursuant to the provisions of section five hundred and forty-one
of the Code of Virginia.
