1. Beit enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an
Act entitled ‘An Act to regulate the taking of round fish in Sussex
and Greensville Counties’? approved March third, nineteen hundred
and thirty-two, be and the same is hereby amended and re-enacted
so as to read as follows:

2. It shall be lawful to catch round fish in Brunswick, Greens-
ville and Sussex Counties in dip nets and with grab hooks for which
no permit or license fee shall be charged.
