1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia as follows:
Section 1. The open season for hunting, killing and capturing
deer in the county of King George shall begin on November fifteenth
and end on December thirty-first of each year.
Section 2. Any person hunting, killing or capturing deer in such
county at any time otherwise than as permitted in this act shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall
be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more
than fifty dollars, or by imprisonment in jail for not exceeding thirty
days.
