1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That
chapter three hundred and seventy-nine of the Acts of nineteen
hundred and thirty entitled ‘‘An act to regulate the baiting of wild
ducks on the Pamunkey River’’ be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
