Chap. 135.—An ACT to authorize the State Highway Commission to construct,
maintain and repair, as a part of the primary system of State highways, a new
section of road running by or around the town of South Boston in Halifax

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
State Highway Commission be, and it is hereby, authorized and
empowered to construct, re-construct, improve, maintain and repair,
as a part of the primary system of State highways, a new section of
road to pass through, by or around the town of South Boston in
Halifax County so as to connect near the corporate limits of the said
town with existent roads in the said primary system, and so as to
avoid any congested and hazardous traffic conditions which may
be found by the said commission to exist on any existent road in the
said system located within the corporate limits of the said town, the
exact location of which new section of road to be determined by the
said commission.
