1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That
the bridge across Elk Creek, near Elk Creek high school, in Grayson
County, on United States Highway number twenty-one, be, and the
same is hereby, named the ‘Rev. J. W. Rader Memorial Bridge’,
and that the same be appropriately marked by the State Highway
Commission.
